Whittington Health Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course nestled in the Staffordshire countryside. Established in 1886, it has a rich and varied history.
Supporting the principal contractor, P Quinn Construction Limited was required to build 5 greens, 2 tees and 2 fairways, as well as 30 bunkers for this new section of the course. Due to the golf course’s surrounding traditional heathland environment, all new elements of the course were required to be sympathetic to this, as designed by Jonathan Gaunt at Gaunt Golf Design.
